Ali Taghi pour , born in Tehran-Iran 1947,studied at I.I.T. and school of planning and architecture at New Delhi . Completed the studies at Tehran university to get master’s degree in architecture. PHD from university of Paris 7 (Jussieu).( a research work over the Industrialization impact on urban design at developing countries ) . The case study was Iran.
Professor of architecture and urban design in university of Tabriz , and also have participated as chef of execution in certain projects at the national level in aspect Of prizes in architectural competitions.
Consultant of the municipality of Tehran, in urbanism and architectural fields. Consulting engineer for many projects in Tehran , Tabriz and Karaj on cultural and urban complexes . Lived alternatively in I ran and France. He began his artistic activities in painting and sculpture since 1990. Few public and personal exhibitionsin in Paris and Tehran, more recently sculpting has become his principal occupation.
